We keep things simple. Every item is made and packed with care — and we want you to be blessed with what you get.

All Sales Are Final

Because each drop is made in small batches, all sales are final.
Please double-check your order before checkout.

Wrong or Damaged Item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, don’t stress — we got you.
Email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@burnallidols.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right through a replacement or store credit (case by case).

Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless it’s a verified issue with your order.
Because of the nature of our small runs and custom designs, we can’t restock returned items.
