All orders are shipped from Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i with care.
We do our best to get every order out fast and safely.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you place them.
You’ll get an email with tracking info once your order ships.

🌺 Shipping Times

• U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

• Hawai‘i Orders: Usually 2–4 business days after shipping.

• International Orders (if available): Shipping times vary by location.

Please note — once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on their schedule and any weather or transit delays.

✉️ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email us right away at burnallidolz@gmail.com
We’ll do what we can to help make it right.
We’re not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped, but we’ll always assist you in tracking your order.

💌 Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
